    We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Lead Category (Fresh) and look after Flowers and Plant Category. This role will be based in Gurgaon and will drive the growth and success of these categories within FNP's retail operations.Position

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, revenue, and profitability of the assigned category.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the assigned category.
    • Source and onboard high-quality vendors and supplier, ensuring a diverse and appealing product assortment.
    • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to maximize margins and maintain competitive pricing in the market.

    Desired Qualification and Experience:
